At the top of our website you will find the search form and access to our flats where you can select the property you like best. Once you have made your choice you just have to fill out the contact details and our booking team will get in touch with you.
Once all necessary details have been completed we will send you an e-mail with a detailed booking confirmation for your stay and the prices, as well as the booking amount and the bank account into which this payment must be made.
If the flat does not have a reception desk, we will meet you at the flat and personally give you the keys as check-in is part of the service.
If the flat does have a reception desk, you can pick up the keys there.
If you arrive outside Check-in hours, there are safety boxes with a code which, when the correct code is entered, will open and your keys will be inside.
Self check-in is used when guests arrive after 19:00. On the day before your arrival, we will send you an explanatory e-mail with all the information you need to enter the flat. You will receive two codes, one to access the building and another to open the deposit box, where the key to your flat will be stored.
Yes, there will be sheets and towels for guests, everything will be ready for your arrival.
Remember that we will have prepared for the number of people you notified in the booking. If there are any changes you must notify us in advance.
Check-in is from 15:30 to 19:00.
From this time, guests will need to perform selfcheck-in.
Check-out is until 12:00.
Payments can be made by credit card and in cash. You can also pay via bank transfer, which must be made one week in advance.
There is a deposit payable on arrival, which varies depending on the property. This deposit will be returned 48 hours after check-out, when we have checked that there is no damage to the flat and it is in good condition.
We clean the flat before your arrival but you may hire a daily cleaning service or cleaning for as many days as you need. Just let us know about this when making your booking or when you arrive. Each extra cleaning service costs €20.
Each reservation has a cancellation policy. We suggest you contact our Staff and ask the cancellation policy of your reservation (usually associated with the rate and season of the year). All cancellations must be made by e-mail.
Although they are adorable, we don’t accept pets in our apartments.
