How to book the apartment on the web?
At the top of our website you will find the search form to make Reservations. You only have to select the destination (Alicante), the dates and the number of people you need for your consultation.

When will I receive the reservation confirmation?
Once all the necessary information has been completed, we will send you by email a detailed reservation confirmation of your stay, as well as the reservation fee.

Where do I collect my apartment keys?
If the apartment has a reception, the keys will be handed to you at the reception.
 
If the apartment does not have a reception or they arrive outside Check-in hours, the information will be sent by email with the instructions to enter your apartment.
Check-ins will be carried out using codes as far as possible. In the event that it is not, if they arrive from 15:30 p.m. to 18:00 p.m. we take the data at reception.

What is the self check-in?
The self-check-in is used when guests arrive after 6:00 p.m.
The day before arrival, we will send you an explanatory email with all the necessary information to enter the apartment. You will receive two codes, one to access the building and another code to open a box, where the key to the apartment will be.

Are sheets and towels available in the apartment?
Yes, there will be sheets and towels for guests, everything will be ready upon arrival.

Remember that we have prepared for the number of people that you have detailed in the reservation, if there are changes you must notify us in advance.

What time can you access the apartment and when should you leave it?
Check-in is from 15:30 p.m. until 18:00 p.m.

From 6:00 p.m. self check-in will be done.

Check-out is until 12:00 hrs.

How do I pay the rent?
If necessary, you can pay by credit card and cash. Normally we are making the payment through a secure payment link.

Is there a deposit fee?
There is no deposit required, but your credit card details will be taken as guarantee.

Is the cleaning of the apartments daily?
Daily cleaning can be hired at reception, at a price of 25 euros. In the case of staying more than 6 days, if you wish to hire the cleaning service, it would be a supplement of € 25 per cleaning.

How can I cancel a reservation?
Each reservation has a cancellation policy. We recommend that you contact our Staff and ask for information about the cancellation policy of your reservation (it is usually associated with the rate and season of the year).

Do you accept pets?
Although they are very adorable, we do not accept pets in our apartments.
